CCreative Video Memories Did not meet expectations on graduation slideshow, took more than 3 weeks for a response on final video recording of grad party. Received low quality condition cd with just a collection of video clips. Horrible product. Haleiwa Hawaii

Contracts that clients SIGN and AGREES to states 6-8 weeks,VIDEOS includes HIGHLIGHTS of events at VIDEOGRAPHERS judgement.ALOT of these clients who complain SHOULD acutually read what they sign!If their is no organized program and everything is behind or no schedule with no entertainment what do you expect the person whos taping do?granted they've been a little behind do to a serious car accident i am very sure everyone will get what they paid for!!!!READ THE CONTRACTS YOU PEOPLE SIGN ,remember GODS holding you acountable for your anger and every word that comes out of our mouths COMPASSION, faith is gods way!!!

I would like to thank you for posting this report. 1. I realized I am not alone and 2. I had no idea such a website existed. I am glad that you FINALLY got your DVD, however I am still trying to get mine. I am still calling and still receiving the SAME voicemail. Did you have another number to contact? One other thing, did you happen to contact the Better Business Bureau or the State of Hawaii Office of Consumer Protection to file complaints? If not, please do so, because I was told even if CVM doesn't respond to the complaints, it will be on record that this company has such on record. Thanks again! Wish me luck. =)
