Creative Video Memories Unethical Business Practice Haleiwa, Hawaii

I hired Tanya and John (owners) to do photography and video services for my mom's memorial service. I was informed that photography and video products would be completed and shipped to my mainland address in 6-8 weeks. I have made multiple phone calls to the business phone number and Tanya's cell phone. Initially, the phone was disconnected and I was not able to get through for a couple of weeks. Subsequently, I left numerous messages on their voicemail, and I have not received any response. I have also attempted to email the business, but discovered that their website and email addresses are no longer in operation. I have paid for the services in full and I have not received any products. I have no rememberance of my mom's memorial service or any keepsake for my family to cherish my mom's last and final moments here on earth. I am in my most vulnerable stage in my life right now and I am still grieving the loss of my mom. How can Creative Video Memories cash my check and not even give me a keepsake of my mom's memorial service? Their business practice is truly unethical. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
