Creative Video Memories since june 2008 up until november 2008 i haven't recieved my grandsons full party package and precious photoswhich i paid in full all i have is two cd's Haleiwa Hawaii

tanya santiago from creative video memories and her associates are a disgrace to the christian society , to the entire island chain of hawaii and they should be punished for defileing their views of rendering good business ethics of providing quality family entertainment to people..although given a sufficient amount of time for rendering patience to this lady,what's sad about this whole matter is how very much i believed in her spoken words of loyalty as a christian...

believed it or not on the day of my grandson's graduation party i was very emotional because up until just 1 hour before the party started only then did i get a call from tanya telling me how sorry she was for not keeping in touch with me just to assure me her husband and his assistant would show up at the party...

her husband never showed ,instead two young guys came and said that they where going to do the slide show and the other guy was going to do the video recording of the party which i never got till this very day november 21st,2008 my grandsons party was on june 21st,2008..i don't know how to feel towards a person like her besides all the dissapointment,hurt and pain she and her business has caused as a failure to all i tried to accomplish for my 1st grandchilds party that was supposed to be a lasting memory..
