To me, the "no interest" from the card is possibly a certain type of promotion. I am looking at the current offers they have, there are 6 types of cards one can get with 0% for a certain period of time. If the card you claimed to have interest, then it is either the type of card you got is wrong or the promotion time has lapsed. Need more information/evidence.
