Company contacted us, and offered loan modification. They did absolutley nothing but collect $1200.00. I had to handle all coorespondence with Wells Fargo myself. After failing to help with mortgage, they offered to help with credit and my score is lower than when I went into business with them. I cant even speak to someone. Requested to end agreement and I am still being charged monthly. How can I make them stop? They will not return calls or emails.

Credit Care Group Eddie Deleon , Vernizy Laris has been working on my Dad's modification since November 2013 and nothing has happened he has went through Cancer and they promised him he would have his loan taken care of not to worry and we are still waiting nothing has bee They promised my Dad that he was approved for a hardship loan for his first and second mortgage took his 1200.00 to pay for the closing fees and nothing has happend since it started in November of 2014 CORONA California
