Credit Care Group Eddie Deleon , Vernizy Laris has been working on my Dad's modification since November 2013 and nothing has happened he has went through Cancer and they promised him he would have his loan taken care of not to worry and we are still waiting nothing has bee They promised my Dad that he was approved for a hardship loan for his first and second mortgage took his 1200.00 to pay for the closing fees and nothing has happend since it started in November of 2014 CORONA California

In Novemnber 2014 my Dad got a call from what he thought was his lender and we found out the company was Credit Care Group at that time my Dad was taking Chemo for Lymphoma Cancer. He was then told after reviewing his loans he qualified for a hardship loan.
Eddie DeLeon took the funds from my Dad's account from Credit Care Group to pay for the closing costs of the modification of the loan and that they would be able to close his loan by the end of January of 2015. We have stil be waiting and nothing has been done they took my Dad's money and he can not afford to pay his loans they promised they would help him.
He can not afford his loan payments due to his illness and can not work. He gained trust in Eddie and now he will not call my Dad or give him an explaination of what is going on and why. We have been devastated by this company.

Eddie DeLeon was also working on my Dad's loan from November to current then we find out that Vernizy Laris has taken over the loan with no explaination or call to my Dad. I called multiple times and no one would let me talk to Eddie. I was told he was no longer working on my Dad's loan.
I was then told that Vernizy Laris had taken the loan over and we are still with no anwsers and they have taken my Dad's money of $1200.00 this company needs to be investigated and shut down for doing illegal acts. and the a refund needs to be sent to my Dad he trusted that his two loans were being modified and he was getting help. He was told nothing but lies. I want justice for him and to get him the help he deserves a real new loan so he can stay in his home.
