Credit Collection Services ripoff Newton Massachusetts

We are receiving telephone calls and mail addressed to an Aaron Q Carter - there is not nor has ever been a person at this address or telephone number with that name. I had also received mail from Midland Credit Corporation in California and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This was their reply
"Company states that their investigation of this matter indicates that they are the servicer of an account in another consumer's name of Aaron Carter. During a search for the correct consumer, the complainants address was provided erroneously to company's representatives. Consumer's address has been marked as "Do Not Mail' in company's computer system. Company apologizes for the inconvenience caused to consumer." I would like all mail stopped.
