This company provides the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I signed up with them February 2006. And to this day I regret it. At first, things went well and they would contact me once a month to folow-up on my accounts. But then, after some time passed, they stopped calling and e-mailing all together. After I only had a few more accounts left to settle, I decided to go ahead and contact them to let them know I wanted to get out of the program as soon as possible. I wanted to start working on repairing my credit. (which by the way, being in this program screws up your credit even more!) They are HORRIBLE at returning phone calls and messages and e-mails.

I tried for a few weeks to get in touch with them about my Foley's account. When I finally did get through to somebody, we made the arrangements to settle. It was supposed to be two payments drawn from my account on the 30th of each month. Guess what they did? They took out ONE lump sum payment for an amount HIGHER than what I agreed upon. I didn't even get the settlement letter until AFTER the funds were withdrawn. After that, is when things got really bad. I tried for ONE solid month to get in touch with somebody there. I called, I e-mailed, I wasted so many minutes holding and holding. For all of February of 2007, I never got to talk to one live person. By some miracle, I got in touch with the supervisor of the Settlement Dept. He promised me up and down they would fix this and to please give them another chance, etc etc. So I did. He went ahead and settled two more accounts for me. I was pleased with that, BUT, I did not want to pay the monthly fee for February, being that they didn't do one thing to help or even bother with my problem.

In fact, I had already started to contact my remaining creditors myself just to hurry up and get my debts paid! Credit Solutions FINALLY refunded me the February payment and I thought that was the end of them! I never wanted to deal with them again. Well, March comes around and then April....and guess what they did to me AGAIN? They withdrew $91.00 from my account! Just like that! I am not even a client anymore and they STILL took my money! I was so upset. For two weeks now, (it's now May 1st) I have been trying to get my money back from them. Again, I've left numerous voicemails and e-mails and every time I actually do talk to somebody, the "department" I need is either in a meeting or gone for the day. How convienent. I even left a voicemail for the so-called supervisor of the Customer Relations Dept and he didn't even have the decency to call me back.

I will have to waste my cell phone minutes yet again just to try to get in touch with somebody. I just cannot believe the stupidity of these people and I certainly cannot believe how they are even still in business!! Please, DO NOT do business with this company. You will have many stressful days and a high phone bill!
