I began using Cricket in May of 2011. I purchased the $30 with the $35 monthly service. From day one I had an extremely poor signal. I an only hear about every third word spoken by the person on the other end of the line. For over 90 days I called 611 or went to the nearest "Full Service" store as they like to call it for resolution. They both constantly played the blame game. On exactly 17 occasions of filing a trouble ticket about this very poor signal I was informed that I would recieve a call back to clear up the issue.

It's been 10 months now, 3 phones later and my signal still sucks. Every time I visited a cricket full service store, an employee there would call my phone and ask me a few questions to "check the signal issue. Everything worked perfect. Later I found out that the stores have a signal booster somewhere in the building. So much for playing fair. And if anyone wants to check this to verify it, just use an I-Phone. There's an APP for it. During this time of trying to find out why my service sucked, I found 8 other people in my apartment complex who also had cricket. None of them had any trouble at all. Then I figured out why. They all had Android's with the $55 a month service. This tells me that you have to spend a lot of money with Cricket to actually get good service.

The latest issue: My bill is due on the 24th of each month. On February 24th I didn't pay my bill. I finally did on 03-03. Then on 03-04 I get a text from Cricket saying they have eliminated re-instatement fee's so I will not have to pay for days I did not have service. So I call Cricket to ask if i will recieve a refund for the days my phone was off. They told me that deal is only for people who's bill is still due. I find this bullshit so I ask to speak to a supervisor. After explaining the situation to a supervisor she says "let me clarify" and goes off on a tangent about I didn't have service for 45 days and I want a new phone with my money back for the last 2 month's.

I had  to be rude and ask her which side of her a** did she pull that out of? Not to mention I could barely understand what she was trying to assume I said to begin with. I get it the people in India need jobs too but can't they teach them how to enunciate? GOOD LORD! It's like trying to explain Physics to a 4 year old then asking that 4 year old to interpret what you just said and they look at you stupid because you can't picture what their imaginary friend they just described to you looks like.
