I called Crosss Country Home Services to cancel my services which I had not sign up for and they cancelled the policy but refused to reimburse me from the month of April or May. Apparently, there was a marketing call made by GMAC or Ocwen who sigend up their mortgage holders without their conscents. CCHS has no written policy that enforces no reimbursements or their agreement with Ocwen. CCHS is a fraud and a ripoff. Do not enroll in their policy as they can't stand by their company as they have not clue what they are sayinging to people.

Looking at my statement with my mortgage with Ocwen .I relized I was being charged $19.99 a month for Cross Counrty Home Services ,A service I did not sign up for since 2012 ,Called them up they gave me a policy # never seen any paperwork from these people They said we cashed a $2.50 check that was in my Mortgage envelope .I have a husband that is disabled ,I told them I want my Canceled check and policy papers and to cancel.They will not reemburse me .to make it worst is I put out $3.000 dollars to replace a central Air conditioner in 2013 .IF I knew I had coveraged I would of called them I had to get it fixed right away because of my husband I told them I want my Remburement of my payments or they are paying for my air conditioner because I was covered by them but never notified me ,WeLL THere response was Sorry you can't do anything but we will stop takeing payment out I think This is very sneaky and taken advatage of people in these hard times plus the writing on these offers should be in regular writing not checks plus I still never recieved any paperwork
