Crown Jewelers I paid $195 down and i still owe $400 for a ring that i never received. Irving Texas

I recently obtained a credit line from Crown Jewelers for $1500 in hopes off building a stronger credit score being that they report to all 3 of the credit bureaus. To activate the account you have to make a purchase so i bought a ring that cost $599 and they made me put $195 down on the ring.

When i received the package, there was an empty ring box inside of it. I paid $599 for a box and an appraisal certificate from crown jewelers( which probably has no credability to it). As you can imagine, no one at crown jewelers can help me.
