I had bought my husband a ring from the crown jewelers website. I got approved for a certain amount and the ring was only $55. I really wanted to get him this ring but did not have all of the funds to do so. I made both payments on time. The last payment I made was for the remaining balance. I payed with my bank card online for the amount it said to pay. After I paid I went off the website. A month later I get a call from crown jewelers saying that I am late on my payment. I told them that I paid off the ring and sent them the receipt. They told me that I was past due $2 dollars because of a processing fee. I told them I was not paying it that my balance stated zero. They have been hounding me since. Now I am $200 in the hole with them all because they charged me for a stupid processing fee that they never said anything about. Do not do business with them. They will rip you off and tell lies.
