First I would hope that anyone who is or has been bothered by this company to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and with the attorney general in your state so these crooks can be stopped.

I got a call and the man told me that due to some federal credit act I could have the debt reduced and transferred to a 0% card for the life of the loan. I said ok so send me the details in the mail as I want to read it in black and white and he said we will and now I am sending you to a financial advisor. The most frightening part of all of this is they already knew what card numbers I have and the balances on them so after an extended time on the phone all CSG will do is get your card company on the phone with them and transfer balances from one card to another and you will pay the transfer fee of 3 or 4%. You are still making payments to all of your cards that have balances.

I told them I would not do that because that is not what I was told to start with. Now I am getting threatening calls from them with collections for $8,000.00 and they will ruin my credit rating. Now I am getting calls from different munbers so if I do not know who it is I do not answer. Nothing but pure harrassment. These people need to be stopped from preying on others.

Also I have set up my cards with text and email notices when there is any activity on them so I know immediately if they have done something.
