 I was contacted 2 weeks ago by CSG Solutions about helping to pay off my high interest credit cards. They had called me numerous times and I normally hang up but it took the bait this time Their offer sounded too good but I figured I would see if they could help me. Last week Wednesday my financial advisor/coach called me and asked if I had received the new credit card from Citibank. I had not At this time I told him I no longer needed their assistance since I had already arranged to pay off all my cards. He was disappointed but said OK. I get a call today from Cary Evans advising me that I still owed them $4,999.00 for there services I advised her that I wouldn't pay that. She put me on hold and said her supervisor said they would be able to take 3,999.00. I said that is ridiculous and I won't pay that either She said their only recourse was to turn me over to collections. This is frustrated me because at no time was I told that I was in for $4,999.00 from the get go.
