CSMarkets - Consumersolutions - Computer And Electronic Depot shipped smashed PDA ignored communication did not refund Monroeville Pennsylvania

I won a Toshiba e740 PDA on EBay, auction number 3054473733. To summarize:

- the Toshiba e740 PDA arrived smashed and DOA.

- the manufacturer's box was crushed, but the carton in which the manufacturer's box was shipped from CSMarkets.com was undamaged, and no UPS 'repack' label was attached

- CSMarkets.com took almost 2 weeks to reply (despite the claim on their website that they "will reply to your enquiry within 24 hours")

- a UPS employee told me that CSMarkets had tried to receive compensation for shipping damage to the item before they had replied to me

- I returned the item per CSMarkets' instructions and UPS reports that the item was delivered

- CSMarkets claims the item was never returned, and has since failed to reply to my attempts to communicate

- three months since this issue arose, I have paid:

- once for the item
- once to have it shipped to me
- once to ship it back

and have received nothing in return
