Curtis Properties - Sharon Heard RIP=OFF/SCAM WHEN HIRING FOR HANDYMAN SERVICES FOR PROPERTY NEWPORT BEACH, California

I worked for sharon specifically on 2 seperate occasions, plus several other times for her office liasosns. After the second job for Sharon, he refuses to pay for the work. I was asked to instll four items the fisrt trip out, and asked later to repair one installation (which was due to my error) and alter another installation. This was because she didn't like  the design of the product she asked to be installed originally, and to repair a vent that was not requested on my first visit to this property.

I later rea;ized that I ha been so busy, I failed to send her an imvoice when I got home until a week laer, when no check or email had arrived, so I ent the invoice to her liason, who then forwarded it o her (Shaorn)

I was blasted with threats to my future, my wellbeing, my ability to work and threats of calling the polive on me for asking to be paid. She acted like an insane person in her emails and made several threats, ranting that I had no right to ask for payment do to her request for my return visit to her property. I will forwrd these emails to any interested party(s), as well as m request and responses, just to be fair.

I work up to 18 and even 20 hours a day, and due to this her one excuse for not paying me is my time I took to send the invoice. She even sttes in her last emails that I was never asked to go out there, but admits it in her first emails.
