BEWARE!! Sharon Heard, manager for Curtis Properties is a nightmare to deal with. YOu will find yourself at the receiving end of her personal issues and frequent tantrums. Juvenile tactics and unprofessional demeanor. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE IN THIS!

She has been caught telling repairmen to "fluff" the bill so that she can withhold deposit monies. As of today (past the 20 day limit per the civil code) she has yet to return any deposit monies to me or a copy of the report taken at end of my tenancy.

Their office does not take calls nor reveal where they are physically located. I found out where they were because another tenant that Sharon victimized shared the information. There have been FOUR tenants she has terrorized in the last year. BEWARE, you will live in a nightmare of a screaming landlord, shoddy repairs,if at all, poor plumbing and illegal charges.
