CVS Caremark is the absolute worst in service and communication. I regret that ever started using them....thinking it would be easier than picking up my meds at the local pharmacy. There are numerous issues I've had with them, but I'll write down one.
I had a prescription that I have to have and cannot miss a dose. They informed me that they needed to contact my dr. and renew my refill. This is a normal occurance and works most of the time. But sometimes they contact the dr. and get no response or other times they do not contact my dr. but say they do....it's a "he said, they said" thing when I call them. If CVS tries to contact your dr. and hears nothing, they do not contact you the customer to let you know that your refill is not coming. It is not until you are out of medication before you notice and then it's too late.
I would never recommend CVS for online presciption for any time sensitive medication....vitamins or non-essential meds only.

Beside you posting a totally unrelated comment, I do have an answer....air drop you in their borders. At least it would fix one problem.

My stupid complaint

CVS's main reason for being in business is to make it easier for their customers to receive their meds. This was supposed to relieve people from the hassle of calling their doctors/pharmacy and having to go pick it up.
I used to call my doctor and handle it myself and it was fine....but when you trust someone else with that responsibility and they fail, then they should relieved of their position. In my case, I called my doctor and asked if CVS had contacted them in the past couple of weeks and was told absolutely no.
Of course, CVS said they did....but since I didn't get my refill I'm guessing who the liar is.
Maybe you're different from most people....if I hired a babysitter that was to be trusted and I see my child out in the freeway, there would be a most definite confrontation. I feel that I should make others aware of CVS and their poor business practices.

you can ALWAYS have your Dr. write a 10-14 day scrip to get an emergency supply. It's commonly done when a glitch occurs...good luck to you.

If they told you that you have no more refills then maybe you should tried to help contact the dr if it is so important. Dr.'s never repond and quick as you would hope first off cvs faxes to ur dr At your dr office someone collects the faxes looks for your file then sets it on your dr.'s desk for them now how in the world is cvs suppose to speed that along maybe if you would pick up the phone and personally talk to your office thatit would go faster it is not cvs's job to call you over and over to tell you that they did not responsed
Like I said before If its so important why are you not on top of your meds stop blaming other people than yourself a normal occurance but it is everyone elses fault
