About CareMark CVS. Did you know that one of the largest companies in RX is not accredited by the BBB. After dealing with these people for over 4 days I am not surprised. On Friday the 24th they placed a huge hold on my checking account for an unauthorized prescription. Today is Tuesday and the hold on my account is still on. I have talked to over 6 different people and the hold on my funds is still on. They were able to hold the funds within seconds but we are on day 4 and they still have not been able to release the money even though they know that they are not entittled to those funds. Now how is it that this could be legal? I do not understand how a company can get away with this.  This company has millions of customers can you imagine how much money they earn on interets if they held the wrong amount from every one of their customers just for a few days.  They have a hold for $221.38 on just my account. Do the math!

First of all you are assuming I need drugs, when in reality the mix up was for eye drops for my legally blind husband. CareMark billed for the wrong medication. Why do you get in the middle of a conversation that has absolutely nothing to do with you in which you have nothing of value to add?  Do you not think that with a disabled son and a disabled husband that maybe I might have a bit more on my hands than the average person?   CareMark made a mistake and hasn't fixed it in 4 days and much like you they too do not care.  I was told on Friday by them all would be fixed by Monday.  Today is Tuesday and still not fixed.  So not only did they make a mistake they also can not keep their word.  But people like you think that is okay! Not only do I think it's not right I also think it's dishonest.  So A.) CareMark makes mistakes B) CareMark can make your personal funds unavailable in a second and not be able to fix it for days. C.) CareMark can't keep their word. D.) CareMark is not acreditted by the BBB.

 Sorry but a HOLD means the money is STILL in your account, so THEY don't have it and its STILL in the account and just earmarked for something specific. Youre not too bright are you?? One would THINK that YOU as an adult would understand that things take time. Even refunds. If a hold was put on your account then at that time it was determined that a hold was needed. NOW its found that they don't need that money, still takes time to process. YOU are NOT THAT IMPORATNT that other people ahead of YOU with problems should have to wait because YOU demand service NOW. YOU will just have to be patient and WAIT. Yes its upsetting, yes its not very nice especially when YOU have things YOU want to buy. BUT, YOU wanted your drugs, and during the course of getting said drugs, a hold was put on money in YOUR ACCOUNT and NOTHING MORE!!!!! YOU have made assumptions and in doing so shown that YOU are the TRUE problem.
