Did you ever notice that businesses are playing loud music with even louder commercials while you try to remember what you came to buy? They're taking advantage of the computer programming craze to claim that the computer controls it, and there's nothing they can do. That's what CVS does, especially at the Farmington store. Recently I lost my VISA there, and I believe the loud commercials/music caused it to happen. When I complained today, the Ast Manager just said something clever with a young person's slang, and walked away. I told him that I'd never come back to his store, and he never batted an eye!
The reality is that the speaker volume is controlled by some person some where. Do they really know how loud it is at each store? I doubt it, because this store is louder than most others. The bottom line is that they refuse to lower the speaker sound, and that the commercials are automatically played twice as loud as the music. If the Managers can't or won't relieve the irritation by lowering the volume, they've lost my business. I had already greatly decreased my visits there because of the distracting noise, and having had to go through a lot of trouble due to the lost credit card is the last straw. Goodbye, Farmington Hills CVS. Goodbye cool dude Assistant Manager!

How is loud music responsible for you losing your VISA??? That makes no sense whatsoever. You losing your card is your responsibility.
