Medications, and documenting medical information is very important. We trust our pharmacist to be professional, focus, and avoiding a haphazard that can contribute to inevitable fatalities. Today I am upset because this pharmacist identifying himself as "ERIK" has contacted me 3 days in a row and also filled my prescriptions without my authorization. My medications were transferred from this location 4 months ago and I manually edited this information myself and I have been getting my medications at this new location. I gave this information to "ERIK" 3 days ago and I was told that everything had been corrected. Next day I get another call in reference to the same thing and once again I was told the same thing. Today Sunday I get a text message in reference to the same issue and this time I was not polite, respectful, at all. Lets understand something...the only way the information changes is if someone goes into the system and changes it. I never changed anything and its beyond my understanding to imagine these perverted and wart minded people of a protected group to have excess to our medications. People calling my home on lunch break and playing games like women. The powers used behind the scene, and who also hide behind the laws of the system and screaming hate crime every time they get caught with their hand in the cookie job. These people have harassed me while I was living in Edgewater Chicago and they are now still harassing me after I have moved. Disregarding all legal and ethical boundaries. Finally, because of the political and social levels of powers--- these people have created a mess. What they are trying to do is clean up their mess by any means necessary. ENTRAPMENT....enticing me to respond to their many many different illegalities. People of the church, people of the Chicago Police department, and most importantly the political arena....Thank you for reading ....have a great day

I was harassed and abused by two CVS pharmacists. All because I made a complaint to the alabama board of pharmacy. At the time I didn't know about matthew previous trouble with his drug addiction. But the alabama board of Pharmacy ruled in favor for cvs. This made matthew more brave in abusing me and wrongfully denying me my medication.
My recent problem. Tiffani called me out of the blue asking me to give her my son's blue cross and blue shield card. She knows who his primary insurance is. She 4had been filling them for a year. I got upset at her because she kept calling me. Then I just hung up on her.
I called his primary primary insurance and to verify it. They told me she was wrong. I called her bank. But she already made the decision not to fill my sons prescriptions anymore and banned me from the pharmacy. This is what matthew told me when his blood pressure medication was due.
When they were just setting me up to have to deal with Matthew. So he could threaten me with a warrant for my arrest. The board of pharmacy is the problem here.
The alabama attorney general stepped in and helped this pharmacist. Who was convicted and spent 3 years in jail for selling online illegal drugs. He spent 3 years in prison.
The board of pharmacy was going to give him his license back. But the pharmacy failed to get a waiver from the DEA. So the board of pharmacy revoked his license. But the alabama attorney general over stepped his authority and reinstated his license.
So the board of pharmacy has a new crooked lawyer and board members. Trying to argue with me that the pharmacist has a right to deny my medication for any reason. No, they can't and she rudely hung the phone up. Then she said this is a customer service issue, not a pharmacy board problem. Yes being treated unfairly by a pharmacist is something the board handles.
The board of pharmacy even said. If a pharmacist in a pharmacy. Has treated you unfairly to report it to them! But with me I get victimized and abused all over again.
