CVS Pharmacy False, Misleading, Deceptive advertising Reading Pennsylvania

CVS had a circular in the Sunday newspaper on May 31. The 'weekly deal' in the ad said Colgate toothpaste $3.00 you pay with card, minus $2 instant coupon, -$1 mfg coupon in Sunday paper = FREE.  The run this same promotion every few weeks. And every time the actual coupon in the newspaper says $1 of the purchase of TWO. So they refuse to take the coupon. It happened again today, June 4.

The first time it happened I figured they just didn't know what the coupon would be. But since it has now happened about least 5 times, I believe it is a deliberate ploy to lure people into the store for a deal they know will not be honored.

Stores should not be able to get away with repeated false, misleading, deceptive advertising. I tried to attach a copy of the ad, but your system would not accept the file. I will keep it.
