As a victim of public harassment, humiliation, and abusive treatment dealt by pharmacist Matthew Waldrop at Alabama's known CVS outlet, CVS on Crawford rd and Summerville rd.
The previous board of pharmacy members. Have said Matthew Waldrop is a danger to pharmacy customers and their health. But somebody is protecting Matthew at CVS and the board of pharmacy.
I appeal to the public to understand the severity of this matter. Matthew Waldrop, who has a record of two counts of substance abuse violation, was permitted to misuse his position in the retail pharmacy setting, creating an intimidating atmosphere for patrons of CVS.
His actions have been repeatedly overlooked by the regulatory authority, Alabama Board of Pharmacy, who also seemed to be apathetic towards other victims like me.
Despite Matthew Waldrop's drug abuse history, CVS's corporate office hired him, allowing him to continue victimizing customers under their brand. In my specific case, he seemed to harbor personal spite, against me leading to a demeanng and uncalled-for incident.
Adding to this disturbing experience is the Board of Pharmacy's New Attorney, Jennifer Newman. Despite being fully aware of Waldrop's issues, she told me to refrain from lodging complaints, effectively silencing victims. Tiffani Fulmer added to the distress by harassing and threatening me over my son's medication, demonstrating a painful lack of empathy and professionalism.
I, like so many others, have been a devoted CVS Pharmacy customer - bearing silent testimony to their services.
However, my faith was shaken when a pharmacist, Matthew Waldrop, who has a concerning history of drug addiction, started working at the CVS on Crawford Rd in Phenix City, AL, bringing a noticeable change in the environment. Mr. Waldrop has been reprimanded twice by the Board of Pharmacy - issues that have reverberated through the walls of the CVS.
I was banned at the cvs on Crawford rd. Because all I did was filed a complaint. Matthew went insane yelling at me in front of customers. Saying I read what you wrote in the complaint. The board of pharmacy ruled in our favor. With him telling me not to ever come back. He said he was refusing to give me my medicine.
I called the police to complain about Matthew verbal assault. But after the police talked to them. The manager told the police they didn’t want me back in the store. All because I filed a complaint.
I was done dirty by Matthew Waldrop and cvs. All because I filed a complaint about being treated unfairly. Which th board of pharmacy encourages pharmacy customers to do. But then they did nothing.
The CVS pharmacy had already been. Found guilty twice of negligence. Had to pay $1000 fine. But then when I filed a complaint. The board of pharmacy ruled in cvs favor. All corruption.
The pharmacy, once a place of healing, has turned into a place of harassment because of certain employees. Matthew waldrop and Tiffani fulmer Despite filing a complaint with the Board of Pharmacy about the treatment I was receiving, both by Mr. Waldrop and other associated staff, nothing has been addressed.
This demonstrates a lack of due diligence on CVS Pharmacy's part - ignoring the track record of an employee and refusing to investigate claims of harassment. Such acts only work to deface the trust customers place in their services and undermines patient rights. It's time to call for CVS to show responsibility, transparency, and commitment to their patrons' safety and well-being.

My right to drive or go on vacation has been stolen from Thomas tabb because he just had to back in his driveway
AUTHOR: Kathy - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, July 10, 2025
The experience I’ve had regarding my right to drive or take a vacation feels like it has been unjustly taken away from me because of a seemingly minor incident involving Thomas Tabb. It all started when he decided to back into his driveway, an event that, at first glance, might appear trivial. I had a dash cam which proved he was at fault. But his insurance company USAA even though they accepted responsibility. Still taught the whole two years. USAA refuses to let the car be fixed. Even with the visible damage they paid me for. But the car stopped running. USAA can’t say the accident didn’t cause my car to stop running. If they didn’t do a diagnostic test. However, this single action has had significant repercussions on my life. I now find myself in a situation where I can't freely access my vehicle or make plans for leisure time away from home. This inability to drive or enjoy a vacation is frustrating, as it not only affects my daily routine but also limits my opportunities for relaxation and exploration. My sense of independence is compromised, and I can’t help but feel the impact of someone else's decision. This situation truly highlights how interconnected our lives are and how one personaactions can inadvertently disrupt another's freedom.
