The Cybersonic Toothbrush sales for over $100. When we purchased it via phone from a tv add, we were promiced free brush replacement for life, every three months. Just received the first replacements, cost, $14.60. This is free?
Customer Service, 1-310-222-6906, not toll free, is just a recording of how they are over-run by calls, there will be a 15 to 30 min. wait. Comparable item in Department stores cost $20. I have tried for two months to get through to no avail.
I am stuck in a wheelchair, am unable to speak more than two or three words at a time due to a stroke I suffered.
I am 47 yrs. old. Shopping on the phone or web is so easy, but, it is also too easy for some people to rip me off. If I tried to
call, what could I say to them but, "Um, I, um, you," I know what I want and need to say, but the words do not come out.
Thank-you for giving me a place to voice my concerns.

I've owned my Cybersonic for about 2 years now and I absolutely love it! It has worked great, and I have even told friends how much I like it. I receive the free toothbrushes AND the whitening gel and the total cost, including shipping, is only $13.60 every 3 months. I have never been overbilled.
I feel bad for these folks who have had problems with this product, or their customer service. Keep trying to get through to their toll-free number 800-770-7525, or write them a letter. I believe they are a legitimate company, and aren't out to intentionally rip-off their customers.

Another Ripped Off Victim

I purchased a Cybersonic toothbrush not even 6 months ago for 100.00 and it is now sitting next to me on my desk not working. I cannot get anyone on the 1-800 number that is on the customer service number to call.
I keep receiving toothbrushes every other month that is being billed to my credit card that I cannot get the charges to stop. I am receiving two sets of brushes and being billed for them.
When I ordered the toothbrush they billed me for two brushes (over $150.00) and when I called them to tell them about it I have never received a credit yet on my credit card.
I cannot reach anyone to even get a replacement and we are certainly looking for someone to talk with about this fly by night company that has taken our money and ran!

I have had countless problems with this company. Their consumer service is the worst I ever seen. I have been missed billed and have had countless product shipping problems. I have also reported this compnay to the BBB.
Even after the reporting the problesm continue to occur
I will be refiling with the BBB and will be asking for a full refund
