I too am joining the ranks of rip-off. When I ordered through the TV Ad in Sept 2000- I agreed to the additional Whitening package. Well, after awhile, I decided it wasn't doing any good, so I cancelled the Whitening pkg. Stupid people there also cancelled my replacement brushes. I called them in Sept 2001 and they said they would start re-sending the brushes. It is now Feb. No brushes and a $5 charge on my credit card in December. I called and emailed several times and they assured me the brushes were on the way, but alas, nothing and no repsonses to my last two emails. I can't believe I was duped. I am usually more careful than this. Geesh, and I always thought Robert Urich was a nice honest guy!
