Cybersonic Toothbrush ripoff

I initially placed an order for the toothbrush in Oct'01 and I didn't receive it sometime in November, so I called to inquire about the order and was given false information and just decided to cancel the order. Well, by this time they told me the order had already been shipped so they would not refund the amount of the order until the shipment had been received by Cybersonic. In December'01 I did receive the order and refused the package as I had been told to do. I have been trying since that time to just get the refund for this order. All I want is my money back. I have made countless telephone calls, spending more time on hold than actually talking to a live person and countless emails with replies assuring me that I was issued a credit for this order. To date I have received NOTHING! I am out $169.53 with nothing to show for it. They debited my account the next day after I placed the order and I have been trying to get my money back for 4 months.

However, I found some useful information on this rip off site and want to pass it along to others that are frustrated by the long holds and rude operators when they actually get a live person. It will cost you a telephone call because it is not an 800 number, but it is well worth it. I caught her as she was leaving today and she was still gracious enough to take care of my complaint and was very, no extremely nice and spoke to me in such a manner that I knew that this would be the last phone call that I would have to make about this matter. She was very efficient and told me the FACTS about the entire ordeal. Please, have a kind word for her if you call and talk to her and give her the most respect possible because she truely is a blessing. In a matter of minutes my ordeal had been resolved and the rest of the phone call was talking about our kids and just friendly conversation.

If you want the truth and want an end to whatever problem that you are having call the number and extension that I have listed and your troubles will be over. Remember, she is simply a delightful young woman and will bring resolution to your ordeal. Just be kind to her.
