Cybersonic Toothbrush Refund ripoff

This is for everyone that has returned a Cybersonic Toothbrush ad hasn't recieved a credit back to their credit card. There is a phone number to call 1-800-770-7525, but if you call this number you get a recording that says "due to the high volume of calls for Christmas you will have to call back between a different time" than the number disconnects you. I found a number to call to talk to an actual person, the number is 1-949-240-3321. The operator claims that they have been having a problem with their answering service and have since fired that service and are handling all the calls themselves, and that my credit card would show a credit within two weeks. They also have a new web site. The company is now using (amdencorp.com) this also has the phone number and address on it. I hope this helps everyone out their with any concerns with this company.
