Cynosure is a big ripoff company!!!

I called them to have my smart cool repaired. They told me it was no longer under warranty so I have to pay and they would e-mail me an estimate! I said how can you e-mail me an estimate without looking at the machine? I was told that it was company policy and also needed to fill in a credit card application and e-mail to them before the technician will schedule an appointment.

I waited and to my surprise I got a quote for $3,000.00 dollars!! I was being charged travel time of 2 hrs at

$160.00/hr. and charging for parts without even looking at the machine. I was appalled at this price but they would not do anything!! Yes it is a great laser but the company is terrible. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY A LASER MACHINE OR ANYTHING ELSE BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT MAKE ANY MONEY!!!!! I am so frustrated that I will go on every website that I can to give them bad reviews because their customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!
