DAV BEAUTY DAV CORP FAILED TO DELIVER ORDER, CHARGED $87.96 TO MY CREDIT CARD Internet

 I ordered four LED Flickering Light bulbs from Dav Beauty.  On Nov 26 I received a confirmation EMAIL saying "order 37100 confirmed.
