Dav Beauty Charged for U shaped pillow and never shipped Internet

I paid for a U shaped pillow for my pregnancy on Nov 14th and they charged me $73.90.  I waited.... and waited... and waited.  Occasionally I would check the delivery satus to ensure it was on the way, learning that it had to go through customs.  Fine, I understand that.  Then, as of a couple days ago, I went to review the status of my order and was brought to a "page not found".  Additionally, there is NO customer service to contact regarding to speak of. 

This was concerning especially to me because I purchased the item through Facebook's ads thinking that FB vets their advertizers.  Boy was I wrong!  Do not trust facebook to deliver you ads to non-scammy websites!  I've been robbed of a mentionable amount of money and am very upset especially considering that I am trying not to overspend with baby on the way.
