Thought he was a nice guy, did see someone complain about him, but thought I'd give him a chance.
Overall, most of the work was done. Not a great job, but passable. Had a 'punch' list that didn't get done. The floor paint peeled when it got wet.
Supposedly he was ill in Pueblo, only to see that's a hiding place. Changed the name of the business, but the address in bad, its a Mexican Restaurant.
He offered to refund and send my keys back, but that never happened.
Was going to go to small claims court, but I think I will be wasting my time. If no one else can make him pay, my chances are slim to none.
My bad for making the final payment before the 'punch list' was done. His bad for giving me a warranty and not filling it.
Lesson learned....

Hi you should still file in my opinion and get a general judgement against him. Serve him at his last known address via certified mail. He can rebuttal your claim if he wants. That way there’s a judgment against him.

He ripped me off last year in Canon City. I have been working on taking him to small claims court but need more people to come forward. If you have any info on him or about him. Please let me know like Phone number , business address etc. Thanks Jeremy
