when i recived my phone call from the mystery woman named marie i was told i had a completely approved 0 down up to 24000 no restrictions i informed her the vehicle was for my wife but we had tried to get the vehicle financed in her name and we came to realize not the best route i explained that i only have id card until my license is cleared she then proceeded to tell me no big deal just bring your wife and you can finance the car in your name and she can provide her insurance and valid driver license and pick up her car so i made a appointment went up there talked to marie for directions the whole hour drive there when i arrived a sales man took over and refused to let me talk marie every thing went fine i thought,we had not even been offered to make sure they had a vehicle that would suit her sales man still proceeded to do paper work until he asked me for my driver licence i gave him my id card then he said he could on let her take the vehicle if she was on the loan i asked to talk to marie he pretty much shut me out at that time as if i was no longer the one buying the car then convinced my wife to run her credit when i already told him it would not work i went outside call the marie at her direct line witch is 713-943-4846 she answered said she didnt understand why they would be acting this way my approval was already done and there shouldnt be a problem with the driver licence issue said she would call down to them and try to help never heard back and couldnt get her to answer. then the sales man infomed my wife her credit only approved for 5 to 6 thousand and that they had no vehicles for her but then started hounding her to get a co signer we told him off the get go we had no help like that then he got frustrated sent the supposed sales manager to tell us that he would be sure and have a talk with marie for wasting my time and that he would possibly be firing her i dont think it was very proffesonal to put her buissness out to a customer the way he did the worst thing was i turned down approx.$200 dollars worth of work to take off early to pick out my wifes wedding gift not including $40 worth of gas i dont want anyone else to suffer these agrevating lies i would love to see the day they get caught red handed i tried to look up security finance that is all they would tell us the name of lender and refused us copys of paper work and our pesonal information said it was now thiers for there files would like to talk to finance company and find out what they think of the way they are reprosenting their name

Sounds like you dodged a bullet there...

Given the circumstances you describe, you and your wife/girlfriend should be looking for a vehicle that you can buy for cash until you get your finances straightened out.
You were nearly taken by one of the car vehicle scams that are prevalent online today. These internet approvals for your car loan are non-existent. It is a lead generating service that kicks in when you apply online for vehicle financing.
Typically the person you speak with is not only not at the dealership (especially if they are small) but their only job is to get you in the door of the dealership no matter what they have to say to you. Once you walk in the door then you have to fill out paperwork to actually get your financing. Really, there is no "Marie". Don't get me wrong. She is an actual person, but when you give her name to the auto dealership then they know the source of the lead. Its a way to track where the lead came from and analyze the effectiveness of that particular ad associated with that name. The same person does the job with 10 different names if there are 10 different ads. The dealership then knows which ad pulls in the most leads.
In step two of the process, you get to the dealership and "Marie" is not there (ever). Then depending upon the scale of the dealership you either start with a salesman and a test drive and then the F&I guy for the financing; or, in the subprime dealers they jump over the test drive part and try to shove down your throat any vehicle they can based on your credit profile. It is good (in a way) that you didn't qualify for one of their vehicle loans. It will save you tons of heartache and a bad tradeline.
Its better for you to just buy a beater for cash until you get your finances worked out and your credit fixed. Then you can get financing from a local credit union and then go buy another vehicle. Don't get scammed by these internet financing programs that look too good to be true.
