I got a letter from Sylvi at McDavid Nissan saying I was approved for a vehichle with no money down. Called the number, "Thank you for calling McDavid Nissan"... I asked for Sylvia but "Theresa" said she was on,another call and she would help me. I gave her my name, told her I received a letter, and also Sylvia, left me a voice, mail. She said she had my file. Said I was approved for up to $24K with zero down, garunteed. Told me I had 72 hrs to come in,or I would have to reapply. Told, her I would, come in,the next day. Asked if I could view inventory online, and she said yes but don't reapply because you were already approved and we don't want them to run, your credit again. I called her back and said I saw a vehichle for 10K and how much would payments be. She said she could stretch then out to make it a comfortable payment for me. I said- about 250-300? She said, yes that could definetly be done since the car was only 10k. Asked her again- no money down? She,said, yes ma'am.
Next day- I am on my way and I call to let them know. Theresa tells me I will be seeing Sylvia. I ask her again- I don't need to bring my,checkbook,or lay out any money today? She said no. SHE SAID "I see no reason, why you won't drive off with your car today". Of course I was so excited. Get there, no Sylvia, no Theresa. Three different lying saleman and a horrible manager telling me I can only get a car,wih no money down if its a 6,500 vehicle- which they have none. For the one I picked- 500 down and payments almost 500 per month. For,the 10k car! I asked repeatedly about the approval promise up to 24k and got so,many bs answers, about their, finance banks.... They apparently had no idea who Sylvia,or Theresa are, but one, said they work at,a bank. So dissapointing, such bullshit, and how awful to LIE to people. I drove almost an hour!! Oh, and I called during my two hour waiting room experience and asked for Theresa or Sylvia- to the dealerships listed number, and,was told Theresa was with a,client and,Sylvia was showing cars!!!! Not ONE person got a car and I was there from 4:45-7:20!! Just people walking out pissed off. Horrible business practice.

First let me ask you a couple of questions. Did you actually give them your social security number over the phone ?
Did you tell them how long you've been on your job Over the phone ?
Did you tell them how much money you make over the phone ?
Did you give them contact information of references Over the phone ?
Did you do a credit application over the phone ?
Do you personally know the person that you gave all of this information to at the dealership over the phone ? I bet NOT !!
You are showing signs of desperation. When consumers show a sign of desperation they get taken advantage of.
Let me ask you a question IS your CREDIT TOE-UP FROM THE FLO-UP ? YES or NO ? If your credit sucks canal water you need to join a credit union.
You need to learn to pay your bills on time if you are not doing that.
You need to learn to never give any information to somebody that you don't know over the phone.
When you go to a dealership or place of doing business you need to fill out a credit application and get a copy of it.
If you have bad credit you are showing the lender that you are a high risk. If that is the case they are going to require money down.
Now let's talk about things dealerships will do to get you on their lot.
They will send junk mail making you believe they are going to get you in that car with nothing down. They won't tell you that they are going to give you 110% black book value of your TRADE-IN. Nobody is going to give you more than what your car is worth that does not happen.
They will promise you a free flatscreen TV Or a Flat Screen TV for only $1, That there will always attract suckers.
You need to develop a relationship with a credit union.
You need to stop spending money that you don't have.
Look at the plastic lawn chair instead of the La-Z-Boy.
Learn to pay your bills on time.
Pay down your credit card bills if you have any.
What I'm telling you is you are what the industry calls. "GET ME DONE" Everybody that is a GET ME DONE Will always fall in the category of "I am a sucker" Go ahead and bend me over I'll take whatever you want to push in, just get me a car.
FOOLS and their MONEY are always PARTED !!!!!
People like you need to listen to our future radio show. Now go out and get a "check up from the neck up"

I get these letters all the time - they are just bait letters to get you into the dealership to get you to buy a car. You did not get the letter because of your credit - how would they know your credit score???? I am just throwing that in because that should have been a big red flag.
As for your report - learn how to spell!!!
