David's Bridal Rip off my money for dress Independence Missouri

 I put a dress in layaway in april I wen t back to pick it up it was dirty, I asked if it was going to be cleaned I was told No. I asked for the manager she said the dress was like that when I put it in layaway I said it was not, I asked for the matter to be handled and I was told there was nothing that could be doen about it. I canceled my layaway and was charged $93.40 to which I have not recieved the balance I put down which was 146.60. Please help me to resolve this issue and get my refund. Thanks
