Davison Inventegration Stole my money and didn't do jack. Ripoff Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

I saw Davison's name online when I was looking for some way to patent my idea. They seemed well regarded. Boy was I wrong.

I hadn't hear of "rip off report" before so I had nothing to check before I signed up with them. I told them my idea, and sent in my money $685. All I got out of it was a little booklet with some drawings that had nothing to do with my original idea.

The first clue I had that something was wrong was when the sent out the information package and on their "Customer Satisfaction" report they only included the people who answered "Very Satisfied", or "Satisfied". That's why their satisfaction report was a 97%. Everyone else was omitted.

After reading about them on Rip Off Report. I tried calling Sean Curran the Director of New Products to see if I could get my money back, and he said there was nothing I could do. He also blew my complaint off with a remark about the owner of this site. ROR and Bad Business Bureau.com. Saying the he had a criminal record, and was being investigated by the FBI.

Now I'm stuck holding the bag. Just trying to find a way to get my money back... Any ideas?
