DBW - The Grant Express RIPOFF Henderson Nevada

The company advertised a free CD, and all I had to do was pay a shipping charge of $1.98. A few days later I checked my bank account online and found a charge for the amount of $69.95. The first phone number that I had for the company stated. "If you are calling for "______" press one. If you are calling for DBW Grant Express please contact your financial institution immediately!!".

I immediately contacted my bank and reported the unauthorized charge. My bank then gave me the correct phone number for the company. When I called they informed me that there was a statement on the website that said it was a 7 day free trial and after that I would be charged $69.95. Which was a lie, because had I seen anything like that I would not have ordered the stupid CD!

I got the run around about talking to a manager as well, they kept telling me that the manager would tell me the same thing that they have already told me. I did finally get a chance to talk with a manager (I guess) but nothing was done! I did inform him that the charge will be investigated by my bank!
