I received a letter in the mail, my husband brought it in and asked me about warrenty information. First of all my car is over 13 yrs old and over 165,000 miles. Was used when I bought it - I've never had a factory warrenty.

The letter says DS (white letters) in a blue box with Dealer Services printed in blue next to it. Gives me a registered owner ID number and then tells me that this is my Final Notice and to call and activate today.

States that this is my final notice to extend the factory warranty coverage on my vehicle. That I only have 72 to hrs. Offered Year-End pricing Plus 0% financing, no credit check, claims are paid directly to your dealer, no concers about reimbursement. Sounds to good to be true. They wanted to know about the mileage of my car, my dealership, etc... Once again my car doesn't even have a factory warranty and hasn't in many many years.

My husband was worried that someone maybe bought a car in my name. So I called the number from a blocked phone number once they stated asking for my financial information I hung up. Tried the Opt-Out number 1-800-699-7710 but I received yet another letter. Both letters have Kent Finley as the Senior V.P. Says at the bottom that they are the Winner of the National Warranty Serice Award - I tried an internet search of such a warranty they have never won such a reward.

When I started searching for Dealer Services I finally found this website with other reports about them. I also found a web address to the company enaws.com/ their contact information matches the address on the envelope at the information on the letters that I received.

On the back of the letter it also lists the names of other Warrent services companies, American Guardian Warranty, Ultimate Warranty Corp., Royal Administration, Mercury select Mgt., Vemeco, Lyndon Administrative services, First Warranty Group of Florida. If these companies are dealing with this company; everyone beware.

I see some invalidity to your complaint

(First of all my car is over 13 yrs old and over 165,000 miles. ) Some warranties can go up to 200,000. And you say your car never had a warranty. But when it was new it did. Also wonder if you have any newer vehicles in the driveway made by the same manufacturer. I dont see where anything is not legit if you called them and they attempted to offer you a warranty. If that is the worst complaint you have. It is hardly a complaint at all
