I made a purchase from dealercostcaraudio.com and came to realize that I no longer needed the product i ordered. I canceled within 3 business days, which is well within their time frame of a week. I did the required steps to receive a refund for my order on september 26 of 2009.

I am still waiting for my refund and it is now November 6 of 2009. I have sent them many emails asking about my refund all they say is that it is being processed. It does not take 7 weeks to process a refund.

This company is a total scam. Get them off the internet or get them flagged so noone else will have to go through this trouble.
