I ORDERED A PAIR OF SPEAKERS ON NOV.16, 2009 AND ITS DEC.01, 2009 I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS EVER HAPPEN TO ME BUT HOPEFULLY THE LAST. I WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND THERE PRACTICES. I WANT STOP TILL I GO TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE. ITS CHRISTMAS TIME AND I NEED MY MONEY.

I FINALLY GOT A REFUND AFTER ABOUT THREE WEEKS. I DID GO TO THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU I GUESS THAT HELPED.BUT IF YOU DIDN'T GOT ONE DON'T GIVE UP STAY ON THEM. I REALLY DID NEED MY MONEY FOR CHRISTMAS.
