While looking over my bank statement, I noticed numerous charges to "My Savings Club". Included was a phone number so I called, and was given a membership number for a service I didn't sign up for. There was no option to speak with a live person.

I sent an email to request a live person to call but have not heard from them as of yet. I checked with my wife to confirm she did not sign up for the service either. There is no further instruction on how to get your money refunded even though I never authorized the company to charge any of my accounts.
