DCOA never explained to me that they took 100% of the monthly sums I deposited in Rocky Mountain Bank & Trust until all ther fees were paid and non-refundable. Then and only then did they make any attempt to contact any of my creditors. Of course, there were no funds available to settle any debts because they had taken the funds as upfront fees.

As a result I am being sued and my credit is ruined.
