This company promised to negotiate our debt with the creditors and will settle .50 on the dollar. The contract was so ambugiauce that even an attorney found difficulty in the language. This company collected 6,085.00 from me and did absolutely no negotiations what so ever to the creditors.

Thus now causing judgments to be filed against us and possible wage garnishments. I have 4 children to support and I am now deeper in debt thanks to Debt Consultants of America. When ask for a refund all I received was bad language from the representatives and they continued to hang up on me.

I asked for the recorded tape of the conversantions of them promising me and reassuring me that will settle our accounts, before they pay themselves any fees.

Now I have to sue them in small claims court, however the company is in Texas, they also refused to provide me with a california license to do business in the state of california.

This company is a scam and took advantage of me and my family causing a more financial hardship.
