First Of All Anyone who Wasa Victim Please contact me Looking to get together and File Class Action Suit and Punish these Thieves who are Obviously based In Georgia.

My Name Is Nathan..I Had saw An Ad In the Columbus Dispatch for "Financial Services" and thought Id Apply. Well I called the 800 Number Listed Gave them My Information Was Told I would be called Back If I had been approved. About 2 Days Later(After the weekend) I had been called and told I had been approved for a $5000 loan but needed to fill out an application..so of course Im thinking Isnt that what I Just did?Anyway I did this they had me fax over all of my personal information including license social etc..Honestly I was so nervous about doing that but at the time was desperate for the money so just went with it never thinking this kind of stuff could happen to me(Yea right).

Well after i did that I hadnt heard from them for about 2 days so I called and they told me all they would need was $500 to"Secure" the loan..Keep in mind I was never told I would have to do this and Im thinking "Why would I need to send money to get Money"? So someone named "Steven Shaw" assured me that This was a policy they had with sending money and I should receive it back after a year If made on time payments.

I needed the Money so i did This..Very very weary..I just had a gut feeling and normally Im right. Well anyway they had me send $500 Via Western Union to some guy In Georgia (I have his name In my records). This to me was strange because Isnt this a company?

Anyway I did this and never heard back from them again. Called a few days later and was told I should have my loan in 15 business days..asked how i would get it they said thru my bank..well they never asked for my account Number!So I reminded them and they said someone would call from their "Customer Service" dept to do so.

Well anyway I called again a WEEK later they had me fax over a voided check told me Itd be there(loan) the 15th of Jan..Well LONG story short Never received It..Kept getting the run around about why..then finally some guy named "Thomas" who i delt with every time I called Told me I had failed to list My "Liabilities" and I said what Liabilities? And all he couldcome up with was he would resubmit It.

Anyway I contacted the BBB and Attorney General AND Also a News Agency Here In Ohio To Investigate..Come to find Out this company doesnt exsist and Also arent even licensed to take out loans Let alone take Money to receive them!!

I defiently wish to file a class action suit because I really feel there Must be something to be done. Please anyone respond.
