Debt Free Ventures ripoff Santa Monica California

I also have been ripped off by this company. Two months after losing my job, I found the ad in the newspaper under finacial services, and was very hopeful.
I called and applied for the loan. Steven Shaw was the person handling my account. After sending the required deposit of $300, a woman from Western Union called me and said that the person I had sent the money to in Georgia was on their watch list.

After many weeks of getting the run around, I could no longer get a hold of this company. When I called the front lobby of the building they were in, I was told that this company was no longer there.

As a result of this scam, and waiting hopefully for this loan, I lost everything, including my home. I would like to participate in any class action lawsuit against this compay and have all the paperwork from them as evidence.
