Debt Settlement USA Scottsdale Arizona
*General Comment: One sentence tells us everything we need to know about you..
About 2010, I entered into an agreement with Debt Settlement USA to assist with credit card debt. As part of the agreement, I paid them several thousand dollars as their fee for negotiating my debt down. I never received any phone calls or updates from them. I would call and would get answers stating that they would call if anything happens, it takes time. In the meantime, your instructions are to no longer pay your credit card bills, and they are not contacting the companies or anything else for that matter. In the meantime, I receive a summons stating that a lawsuit has been filed against me by one of the credit card companies. This led me to eventually declaring bankruptcy.

"I paid them several thousand dollars as their fee for negotiating my debt down..."
Think about that for a while, please. It explains perfectly why you are in your situation. You don't use thousands of dollars to negotiate and pay off your debt, you just hand it to a total stranger who scams you, leaving you in an even worse position. Because if you found a million dollars on the sidewalk you'd probably use it to buy miracle water, Home Warranties and, of course, a Debt Relief Counselor.
