2nd time today  Email not addressed to me by name just used my email address

DEMANDING I settle a account but do not mention the company by name all they give is a amount owed a case Id #  Customer Id #

Again today they state that this agency: United Legal Investigation Bureau Has stated 4 Serious Allegations Against Me 1) I violated federal banking regulations  2) Collateral Check Fraud and 3) Theft by Deception 4) Electronic Fund Transfer  (I have no idea what this means)

Who ever did this so called legal notice has no knowledge of correct english grammer as some of his sentences make no sense  I am also being threaten by this person to settle this matter within 48 hours or else....

I donot take threats and am reporting them here now  and  will file a report with my local police This notice is signed Debt Settlement: United States of Attorney (Copyright 2006)

Roncor Group Roncor I used RonCor for a debt settlement program to help me pay off my credit cards. I paid them $523 a month for over 2 years and they used that money collected to settle only one of my 3 credit cards, and left me with the rest of the debt to pay myself and took the rest of my money. Braufman Associates Brian Martinez, National Debt Settlement, Docket with one of Cash Advance Inc. Company Debt Recovery stating after making calls to me they couldn't reach me. The Dept. of Online Lenders Association decided to mark my case as a flat refusal and press legal charges against me. Threatened to have my employer contacted, wages taken away, the debt from a made up loan in January 2015 for $500 would be settled for 540 after original balance of $660. A docket number was given for my case. I had 24 hours to set up a payment plan with them or they will come after me for $4796.00. I called this Brian Martinez and asked him to provide proof of such documents dated January 2015 and where I refused to make any payments. He said they will be sent to me. I haven't seen anything yet and he hung the phone up on me. Internet
