I ordered an item 5 months ago on 11-8-02, and as of now I haven't recieved a single thing from the company. But on Jan. 22 03 I called them and they said that the item was on back order and would be filled by the last day of the month, and that was only after they kept me on hold for 26 Min. having my phone bill ran up. Well it is now April 19th and I still have not recieved product, and the phone number given for Customer Support nobody answers. The item cost me a total of $17.49, and I have recieved nothing other then a runaround and a headache from this so called "Company".
