Deer Creek Products rip-off on merchandise I ordered 8/19/02 Product never sent They kept the money & have refused to contact me after numerous inquires Pompano Florida

I sent an order 8/19/02 for $19.40. Deer Creek cashed the check(#7200) for 2 sets of Solar Lights. I allowed ample time for delivery but this is now 6 months later.

The complant phone number will never answer; I have contacted the Order telephone number and their response is that my call will be returned. I have done this numerous times and there has been no response.

There quarantee is 100% satisfaction; there can be no satisfaction if Deer Creek will not answer phone inquires, respond to the customer,or send merchandise paid for.
