Recently we got a Dell computer.We got it through aliant our phone company.We got it inJuly.We are making payments to aliant every month but Dell is trying to make us pay them too.Recently I sent them a check because they told us it was for the fax machine.I then got a bill yesterday saying they put it towards the computer.
We are so confused and keep getting the run around between Aliant and Dell.They each tell us not to pay the other.In the meantime our credit is being destroyed by Dell.
Somebody owes me and my husband money.I hope you can help.They said my husband signed a contract.My husband's name is Paul.Thank you signed Sharon

I wanted to make another report about Dell.M name is Sharon and my husbands name is Paul.We received a docment today from Dell.They said it is a contract but there was no place on it where me or my husband signed.Nowthey are trying to say we owe them 2,780.16 that is a week later.Before it was 1,635.11 they didn't even take off 173. which they conned us into paying them.The only contract we signed was through Aliant our phone company.We have receipts where we are making paments to Aliant.But Dell will not leave us alone.I sure hope you an make Dell leave us alone.They are causing us a lot of stress.Thank you.Sharon and Paul
