Dell Canada Fire! I Have A Dell 5150c Computer, Hamilton Ontario

I Bought A 5150c Computer From Dell With There Best 3 Year Warranty, The Computer Has Run Extremly Hot Right Out Of The Box, After Getting Me Too Replacing Part After Part,They Finally Said That It Would Have To Be "captured" Do To Fire Concerns,After Sending Back The Replacement(they sent wrong one)Thats When They Just Canceled My Warranty, After A Month Of Calling Everyday They Finally Alowed Me To Get Threw To A Manager @ Tech(India) Not Canada Tech(they closed), All He Would Do Is Send Another Part, Now I'm Stuck With A Computer That Doesn't Work & Is "fire Concern".

After Calling Them Today They Say The Warranty Was Up, They Will Not Even Talk To Me Unless I Pay Them & I Will Not Be Getting A Replacement, This Has Been The Worst Experence I've Ever Had With A Company. I Will Spend The Rest Of My Life Trying To Make People See That They Don't Care About Customers Safty Or Honoring Any Of There Agreements Spoken Or Otherwise. Please! Anybody Who Is Thinking Of Or Has Bought One Of These Computers(they changed the name (xsp 200 series) Don't Unless You Want Too Fry Eggs On It!
